SEASONAL Crew Leader

The Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness Foundation is seeking a Crew Leader to support our upcoming 2026 field season.

ABWF’s seasonal crew leaders are the backbone of the organization’s summer stewardship program. Crew leaders are responsible for leading groups volunteers in a variety of field projects from single-day front country volunteer events to week-long backcountry stewardship adventures. The type of work conducted on these trips ranges from pulling weeds and brushing trails, to clearing fallen logs and conducting tread work, to collecting visitor use data and engaging wilderness users.

EDUCATION AND OUTREACH MANAGER

The Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness Foundation is seeking permanent, full-time Education and Outreach Manager to join our small but mighty team.

ABWF’s Education and Outreach Manager will oversee our popular Trailhead Ambassador program, lead our wilderness education initiatives, and will design and run projects and events that cultivate love and respect for the AB Wilderness in communities throughout the region.
